Our move went so smoothly thanks to Moving Mates. All three of our movers were incredibly organised and lovely to deal with. They took such care in moving our fragile items and in making sure we were happy with everything. We had a lot to move and they worked hard all day with a positive attitude. I would like to give a I really big thank you to the two gentlemen today who are from Columbia I did not catch their name. They were so friendly and came up with a good solution for another truck on Monday. I highly recommend this company the professionalism and the hard work these two blokes did. Harry and his colleague did an excellent job! Their communication throughout the move was constant, and they understood all of my moving requirements clearly. They made the moving process much easier for me, and I felt relieved once they quickly delivered my furniture to my new apartment. One minor critique is that GST is not included in the quote, so make sure to account for that when you receive their quotes. Despite this, I would definitely use Moving Mates again.

We used moving mates this past weekend and they were fantastic. Very professional, helpful, friendly and they took care of all our furniture.It was very easy to book with them and they are very affordable. We were moving from a unit on the first floor to a unit on the third floor and they did not charge per stairs, as some of the other removal companies were trying to charge me for.We had Gustavo and his brother that helped us move and they were fantastic.They are so good at what they do and very affordable, that my cousin has hired them for his move this weekend.Definitely recommend moving mates for your move.
