Harry and his colleague did an excellent job! Their communication throughout the move was constant, and they understood all of my moving requirements clearly. They made the moving process much easier for me, and I felt relieved once they quickly delivered my furniture to my new apartment. One minor critique is that GST is not included in the quote, so make sure to account for that when you receive their quotes. Despite this, I would definitely use Moving Mates again.

Very professional, helpful, friendly and they took care of all our furniture.It was very easy to book with them and they are very affordable. We were moving from a unit on the first floor to a unit on the third floor and they did not charge per stairs, as some of the other removal companies were trying to charge me for.We had Gustavo and his brother that helped us move and they were fantastic.They are so good at what they do and very affordable, that my cousin has hired them for his move this weekend.Definitely recommend moving mates for your move. The service was fantastic - 10/10. Yuri and his partner (I’ve forgotten his name!) were so careful with all of my furniture and personal belongings. They took great care when moving everything, wrapped up the furniture well to prevent damage and they worked tirelessly for hours going up and down two very steep and narrow flights of stairs. Germán and Cesar were my Moving Mates and communicated very well from the moment they left to pick up my items to delivery. They called and sent a photo of a damaged chair I had purchased to make sure I was OK with it (not damaged by them, by the company I bought from) and let me know again when they were nearby. Don’t hesitate to book these guys. I had a great experience for start to finish. The guys were professional and got to business straight away. No mooching about at all. They were friendly and had a few good jokes. The booking system was easy and the response time was quick.As a single female moving alone I was impressed and relived with the care and respect the guys showed myself and my belongings. They were finished on time and even helped me move the heaviest items into the place I would leave them. The price is so reasonable I did not hesitate leaving a tip. They deserved a beer as it was a really hot day. These are the guys I will book in the future. Cheaper and faster than hiring a ute and moving myself!

Using their service on the 9th September it was so impressive Julius and his friend had done a very good job they were so careful on my stuffs and very professional and vey quick as well last time I was paying the other company more than 6 hours but this time he can finish the job in 4 hours it was 1 bedroom apartment definitely recommendedThank you moving mates

These guys helped me move last weekend. My previous removalists canceled the job less than 24 hours before moving. These guys(Rachel)understood my situation and helped me when I need it the most.
